Homebound Delivery

Outreach on Wheels brings library service to homebound Quincy residents.

Outreach DeliveryWho is eligible for home delivery?
If you are homebound due to illness, injury, or long-term disability, you may request free delivery of library materials to your home.  Both short-term and extended service is available.

What can be delivered?
You may borrow any material in the library’s collection, including books, large print books, books on tape or CD, videos, DVDs, magazines, and music on CD.  You may request specific titles, authors, subjects, or genres. You may also request information on any topic. Current information on health, finance or other issues is readily available.

When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are usually made on Tuesdays.  You may keep library materials for periods ranging from two to eight weeks, depending on the material and whether anyone else is waiting.

How do I sign up?
For more information or to request home delivery, call Will Adamczyk at 617-376-1301.
