During tax season, the library has the following federal and state tax publications:
- 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ forms & instructions
- Schedules A, B, C, D, E, EIC, SE, ES
- Forms 1040-V (Payment Voucher), 2441, and 4868
- Massachusetts Form 1 (Resident Income Tax Return)
- Massachusetts Form 1-NR (Nonresident or Part-Year Resident Income Tax Return)
If you need additional tax forms, please visit the IRS website or an area IRS office. The Quincy IRS office is located at 1250 Hancock Street (Presidential Galleria).
Reproducible forms from the past ten years are located in the Main Library’s Business & Career section, located on the top floor.

Free Tax Help
QCAP: Quincy Community Action Programs
To qualify for free tax assistance, you must live in Norfolk County and your 2011 income must be less than $50,000.
Quincy Council on Aging
To qualify for free tax assistance, you must be a senior in need.
