Strategic Plan for FY2018-2022

The purpose of this policy is to ensure fair and equitable services for all patrons by outlining the rules and regulations associated with the borrowing of library materials.

Throughout Fiscal Year 2017, the library engaged in a thorough community-based planning process that incorporated input from library staff, trustees, library users, and community leaders. The resulting plan describes our service priorities for the next five years and how we will respond to the needs of Quincy residents of all ages.

The Thomas Crane Public Library Strategic Plan 2018-2022 (PDF) describes how the mission, priorities, and goals listed below were developed. This publication also describes how we will measure progress toward reaching our goals.
